In 2020, when the world shut down overnight and a windowless ballroom sat empty, we refused to build just another restaurant. We asked a bigger question: what if dining and spectacle became one and the same?
Pink Rabbit was the answer — conceived, designed and built entirely in-house, for one purpose only.
The evening unfolds like a living dream — a welcome apéro among the artists, a four-course menu served between the acts, and a crescendo of acrobatics, magic, music, sensuality and surprise that spills off the stage and into the room. When the last plate is cleared, the night becomes an afterparty with the cast.
